At Lights Lacquer, we want you to be obsessed with your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
